If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 48 hours and have not used over 200 GB of bandwidth, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Reimbursement is not available for dedicated servers or for service renewals.

Should you open a dispute with your payment processor, we will refer them to this policy.
